I thought I'd add that I list every article I publish on my spreadsheet and heave collumns for each backlink. Going down my list it's really easy to see which articles have backlinks and which don't. This makes link building campaigns very easy to keep track of. I've actually been tryign to backlink all of my eHow articles since last week and I've only got 16 more to go.
